We value every Copper Wings customer and thank you for choosing to shop with us! Items are shipped out within 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, which takes about 2-3 days to deliver in the United States, depending on the destination.

RETURNS

Returns are something that is inevitable sometimes. Copper Wings strives to eliminate the chances. Please read each product description carefully as we describe in as much detail as possible how each item fits. We also encourage you to email us with any additional product and sizing questions. With these two processes, we are able to reduce the number of returns, which saves every one time and money.

Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:

  • Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free, pet free and with tags ATTACHED.
  • All sales of merchandise that has been marked down are FINAL and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. Should you return an item after this time frame, we can not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.
  • Please notify us of your return(s) prior to sending them to us.

Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ABLE TO process exchanges. If you are needing a different size, we suggest promptly placing a new order for it before it sells out.

  • All returns must be sent with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. We need proof it was mailed and you need proof it was delivered.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Copper Wings does have the discretion to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.
  • Please let us know within 5 days of receipt of the item if there are any errors in your order. Sometimes mistakes just happen, but we promise to correct the problem right away!
